Return Policy

ZEESEACOSMETIC guarantees to return if you are not satisfied with your purchase for your reasons. If there is a return request after receiving the goods, you can apply for return within 7 days from the date of receipt, but the following conditions must be met:

1) The original packaging of the returned product has not been opened or used;

2) The returned goods must be the same as the original box packaging at the time of receipt;

In the event of the above, we will refund the corresponding payment, but the customer is responsible for return shipping fee generated by the return.

While we do everything we can to prevent this, sometimes an item can be damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report this within 2 days of delivery or receipt of the order in person. Please contact our Customer Service Team at support@zeeseacosmetics.com and provide a photo of the damaged or defective product along with a copy of the packing slip or order number. If the product is deemed defective, ZEESEACOSMETIC will replace the product at no additional charge.
